Meet the Agents

In June 2026, alongside his partner Kirsty Duffy, Ben Richards opened the doors to Ben Richards Management with a vision of creating a modern, supportive and forward-thinking agency for performers and presenters.

Built on experience, professionalism and genuine industry understanding, Ben Richards Management represents a carefully selected roster of talent across television, film, theatre and live entertainment. The agency is committed to providing personal, proactive representation while helping clients navigate the industry with confidence and clarity.

At the heart of the agency is a strong belief in relationships, collaboration and authenticity. Ben and Kirsty pride themselves on creating an approachable and supportive environment where every client feels valued, understood and championed.

By maintaining a select client list, Ben Richards Management is able to offer dedicated guidance and tailored career development for each individual they represent, ensuring every client receives focused attention and strategic support.

With years of industry experience between them, Ben and Kirsty bring a unique perspective and understanding of the entertainment business. Ben is an established actor working across both stage and screen, while Kirsty has built her career as a television presenter. Together, they combine industry knowledge, creativity and passion with a genuine commitment to nurturing talent and helping performers build lasting careers.

Their philosophy is simple - to represent talent with honesty, ambition and integrity, while creating opportunities that allow clients to thrive both professionally and personally.

Ben’s advice to performers:

“Always stay open to learning. Trust your instincts. Build genuine relationships. Work hard, stay resilient and never lose sight of who you are outside of the industry.”

Kirsty’s advice to presenters:

“Be professional, stay prepared and always believe in your own value. Confidence, kindness and consistency will take you further than you realise.”

Ben Richards - Founder

Thirty years in this industry teaches you things no drama school can.

I started out in Blackpool summer season and what followed was a career I’m genuinely proud of. A leading man in the West End across numerous productions, regular roles on some of Britain’s most loved television shows including The Bill, Footballers Wives, Holby City and Hollyoaks, and film work alongside it all. I’ve performed live in front of thousands, held my own on set, and navigated pretty much every corner of this industry that exists.

And I’m not done. I continue to work across both theatre and television, most recently playing the Duke in Moulin Rouge in the West End, a role that reminded me exactly why I fell in love with this business in the first place.

I don’t say any of that to impress. I say it because it matters for what I’m doing now.

Alongside my work I regularly host workshops in theatre schools around the country, something I find as rewarding as any stage or screen role. Seeing the moment a student finds their confidence or unlocks something in their performance never gets old.

Opening Ben Richards Management felt like the most natural next step I’ve ever taken. All of that experience, every job, every audition, every lesson learned the hard way, it exists for a reason. And that reason is to help the next generation of talent find their footing faster and go further than they might on their own.

I’m genuinely excited about this. Nurturing talent, spotting potential that others might overlook, and being the person in someone’s corner that I sometimes wish I’d had. That’s what this is all about.

Kirsty Duffy - Head of Presenter Talent

"Some people stumble into their career. I walked straight towards mine.

As a child I’d sit watching television presenters and picture myself doing exactly what they were doing. I didn’t just hope for it , I genuinely believed it was coming. That relationship with manifestation and self-belief has shaped everything I’ve done since, and it’s at the heart of why I do what I do now.

My career in television has taken me to places I couldn’t have scripted. From late night quiz TV to The Wright Stuff on Channel 5, presenting Coast v Country, appearing live alongside Gabby Logan, and hosting some of the biggest corporate events in the country, including campaigns for 3 Mobile, I’ve worked across every format the industry throws at you. Live television, pre-recorded, talkback, autocue, off-script. I’ve done it in studios, on location, and in some genuinely unexpected corners of the world, from offshore oil rigs in the North Sea with Petrojarl on Banff and Foinaven, to the Space Centre in Norway.

That breadth of experience isn’t something I take for granted. It’s given me an instinct for what works on screen, what a brief actually needs, and crucially how to spot someone who has it.

Which is exactly why I’m here. I want to find presenters with real potential, put the right opportunities in front of them, and help them build the kind of career that once felt like a dream to me too."
